Dark Age:
* 6 vils sheep
* 4 vils wood
* 1 vil lure boar
* 1 vil to mill
* 1 vil to boar + 7 vils
* 5 vils to berries
* 4 vils to wood
* lure 2nd boar when 1st boar has 160 food
* 6 vils to gold
* build 8 farms once animals depleted
* build barrack + houses to sustain 22 pop
* click Feudal Age

Feudal Age:
* queue 2 vils to gold
* build stable with 2 vils
* build blacksmith with 2 vils
* click Castle Age
* send 2 from berries to gold
* build 2 farms around mill
* build 3 more stables

CASTLE AGE:
* queue up all 4 stables with 2 knights a/time

By then you should have:
* 8 vils on wood
* 10 vils on gold
* 10 vils on farms
* 1 builder

UPDATE:

Because of Teuton's even cheaper farm bonus following the update of February 27, 2020 reducing the coast from 33% to 40% (40 wood, now cost only 36 wood) you can do this strategy even faster with more room for mistakes.

With this Build Order you can make a decent Fast Imperial Age in under 20:00 Minutes if you replace the barrack and stables with a university/siege workshop and monastary
